Abstract Guidelines

The abstract must be sent via the Google form link below (registration button). It should be structured as follow:

1. Abstract Language: Abstract submissions should be in English or French or Arabic

2. Abstract Title: A short and concise title that indicates the content of the work/contribution. The title should be bold size 14 written in Candara.

3. Abstract format: It should be double spaced, written in Candara size 12, with normal margins (2.5cm x 2.5 cm), double spacing should be used. 

4. Author(s) Information: Author(s)'s name(s), institution(s), location(s).

5. Abstract Body Text: Your abstract may have up to 250 words (does not include title, authors, groups, and affiliations), written in Candara 12. Your abstract should include a short “Background”, the “Methods”; “Results”, and a short conclusion.

6. Keywords:  at the end of the abstract, in a separate line, 4 to 6 keywords should be used. Select words that best describe your valuable contribution, for better visibility.
