Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Submission Deadline: September 30th, 2021. (included) (*)

 The abstract must be sent via the Google form link below (registration button). It should be structured as follow:

  1. Abstract Language: Abstract submissions should be in English for the conferences and the short communications. For the e-posters, it can be in English or French.

  2. Abstract format: It should be double spaced, written in Times New Roman or Arial font size 12, with normal margins (2.5cm x 2.5 cm), double spacing should be used. The Title should be bold. Title and authors information should be centered. The text must be justified (aligned).

  3. Abstract Title: A short and concise title that indicates the content of the work/contribution.

  4. Author(s) Information: Author(s)'s name(s), institution(s), location(s), title(s).

  5. Abstract Body Text: Your abstract may have up to 250 words (does not include title, authors, groups, and affiliations). Do NOT include abstract title, authors or keywords in abstract text. Your abstract should include a short “Background”, the “Methods”; “Results”, and a short conclusion.

  6. Key words:  at the end of the abstract, in a separate line, 4 to 6 keywords should be used. Select words that best describes your valuable contribution, for a better visibility.
